Alexander Innovation Centre ("AIC", "we") is committed to handling personal information responsibly, in line with the BC Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada's PIPEDA. This policy explains what we collect on alexic.ca and how we use it.

What we collect
- Contact form submissions, name, organization, email, phone (optional), inquiry type, company size, and your message. Submissions are delivered to our team by email.
- Email correspondence, anything you choose to send to hello@alexic.ca.
- Event registrations, handled by third-party platforms (e.g. Luma) under their own privacy policies.
We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this website.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and route it to the right AIC team.
- To follow up about services, events, or partnerships you asked about.
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers needed to operate this website and deliver messages.
Retention & your rights
We keep inquiry records only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing hello@alexic.ca.
AI & client engagements
Responsible data handling is part of every AIC training, implementation, and ALEBEX AI engagement. Client projects are governed by their own agreements, including privacy review, approved knowledge sources, AI disclosure, and human escalation policies.
